Is there anyone out there who can compose a song like the Benny Hill theme song with the same basic instrumentation but with a different melody? I want the same feeling as the Benny Hill song, but different enough so I can distribute it in an educational curriculum for kids. The music will be used for background music on a DVD.

I don't mind at all if the final composition is distributed to others as well. I would be willing to purchase the song but do not want to pay ongoing royalty fees.
